  4. A:  People who have been exposed to McLuhan 
  5. originally have come to realize that digital 
  6. technology is making his prophecy of a global 
  7. village come true in a sense that he had never 
  8. really predicted, but which is even more valid than 
  9. he could have ever guessed at the time. You see 
  10. signs around you of this shrinking planet, and of 
  11. people connecting with each other and the 
  12. tribalism and the immediacy of media, and the 
  13. influence of media, and so I think people are going 
  14. back to the original source of the analysis and
